Privacy Policy

The numbers you type into any calculator (airflow, friction rate, dimensions, temperature, region and so on) are processed in your browser. They are not stored on our servers unless you deliberately save or share them.

If you choose to save a run, it is stored so it can appear in the Shared Project Library or be reopened later. Saved runs contain the inputs, the calculated results and a name you give them. Deleting a run removes it.

If you submit the quote or project plan form, we store the details you provide (such as contact information, project size and region) so the DuctPro Max team can respond and prepare your estimate. We do not sell this information.

The “Was this helpful?” vote records only the page and your yes/no answer — no account or identity is attached. Messages sent through the Contact form are stored so we can read and reply to them, along with the name and email address you provide.

If you subscribe to update notifications, we store your email address and consent record. Emails are occasional announcements about new tools and guides, and every message explains how to stop receiving them. We do not sell or share the list with third parties for their own marketing.

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

The site also stores small amounts of data in your browser (localStorage) so saved runs and feedback votes persist between visits. This data stays on your device.

We measure aggregate page visits and traffic sources to decide what tools and guides to build next. These counts are not used to build a personal profile of you.

DuctPro Max is a professional engineering tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
